High School Player Identification Camp

Boys & Girls in High School
Join the Men's and Women's Soccer programs for this exciting live-in soccer camp. This camp is for serious soccer players who want to work hard, understand how to reach their potential, and learn from experienced college coaches. The camp will be conducted very similar to SSU training sessions and is a great way to prepare for the high school or club season. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to experience college level coaching, compete against other top players, and experience college life on the beautiful campus of Sonoma State University.
The camp will focus on four main aspects of soccer. 1) Technical-develop ability to beat opponents, correct passing and shooting technique, and improve first touch. 2) Tactical-Learn to read the game, play quicker, and make good decisions. 3) Physical-Improve your speed, quickness, and agility. 4) Attitude-Learn to enjoy the game, train on your own, and improve your concentration. This camp also features a college seminar where each camper will receive information on how to navigate the recruiting process and help make the correct college choice and a campus tour.
The boys camp will be directed by Men's Head Coach Marcus Ziemer and his coaching staff, and the girls camp will be directed by Women's Head Coach Luke Oberkirch and his staff.

Evening Camper Option
For just $50, you can attend the evening sessions on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (7:00-9:00pm). The evening session will consist of large-sided games (8v8, 11v11) only. Simply select the "Evening Camper" option on the registration form.
