SEASIDE, CALIF.- The Seawolves made the trip down the coast to take on the Cal State Monterey Bay Otters. Despite contributions from multiple players on the roster the Seawolves came up just short on the road.
Leading the way offensively for the Seawolves was their starting backcourt of Aaron Ragen and Chris Holley. The duo would combine for 22 points and only commit a single turnover. Holley was once again able to fill the statsheet with 10 points, five rebounds and four assists. He was once again elite at taking care of the basketball only losing possession one time for a single turnover. Ragen has established himself as one of the best pure shooters in the conference over the past 10 matches he has shot 55% from three making 31 shots from behind the arc. At this point leaving the junior sharpshooter open is more than likely resulting in three points for the Seawolves.
Jakob Milling also did a little bit of everything as well as he recorded nine points while hitting 50% of his attempts from the floor while also coming up with four steals. Alongside Milling, Nick Medieros found plenty of ways to impact the box score despite only knocking down one shot. In 22 minutes of playing time he had a team high six rebounds and also dished out three assists.
The Seawolves will enjoy some time off before getting back on the road where they will head to southern California where they will first matchup against Cal State Dominguez Hills!
