Tammy Fisicaro was a multi-sport star for the Cossacks in the mid-to-late 1980's competing in track and field, volleyball and basketball.  While her accomplishments on the basketball court were impressive - she averaged 9.6 points and 8.0 rebounds per game - and she was one of the top players on the volleyball team leading her squad in kills and blocks, it was on the track that she earned her greatest acclaim while at Sonoma State University.

In 1988, Tammy captured the NCAC heptathlon title with the second highest point total in school history, second only to one of last year's Hall of Fame inductees, Deanne Malvino.  In 1986, she jumped 39'3" in the triple jump, a school record that still stands and a mark two feet longer than the second place jumper.  She is still among the school's all-time leaders in the high jump, long jump, shot put, javelin and 100 and 400 meter hurdles.

After graduating with a B.A. in Physical Education in 1990, Tammy entered the world of competitive bodybuilding.  She captured the Ms. Natural California and Ms. Modesto competitions and finished second in the Ms. California contest.
