Sonoma State University Athletics

When one looks back at the history of the SSU Tennis program, the name that comes right to the forefront is that of Megan Lowrey.  Lowrey was SSU's Female Athlete of the Year in 1989 and 1990 while earning a national ranking of #8 in singles.

The 1990 Division II All-American has moved on to the coaching ranks, leading Grossmont College to a tennis state championship in 2002.
