Every college athletic program, especially one the size of Sonoma State University, should be fortunate enough to have a person like Bill Reynolds as a supporter.
The word "booster" really doesn't do Bill Justice. A "booster" can just be someone who comes out to some games and cheers the team on...especially when it's winning. But a true supporter of an athletic program is out there at every game, cheering the team on win or lose. Sometimes, they even are generous enough to support the program financially. Bill Reynolds, however, is in a class by himself.
Anyone who has attended a SSU basketball game over the years knows where to find Bill. High up in the stands watching his beloved Cossacks. And he has supported the athletic program with annual donations and the establishment of endowed scholarship funds. These endowments make it possible for male and female student-athletes to attend SSU and participate in our athletic program.
