MORAGA, Calif- Bryce Keefer and Quan Vu won in the Round of 16 of the White ITA Doubles bracket before rain halted Day One of the Gael Classic Intercollegiate Tournament, hosted by Saint Mary's College at the Timothy Korth Tennis Complex.

Keefer and Vu defeated UC Davis' Josh Albert and Nick Hallchurch 8-3 in the opening round. Sonoma State's pairing of Anthony Rollings and Scott Gaynor fell to Saint Mary's doubles team of Andrea Zannoni and Mike Luck, 8-4. Drexler Dy and Stewart Hutton also lost to Matt Welty and Nicholas Lautoa of SMC, 8-3, in the Doubles Round of 16.

Due to the inclement weather, play was suspended Friday and will resume Saturday morning at approximately 8 a.m.
