Opportunities are currently available to establish a permanently named endowment that will perpetually benefit the student-athletes at Sonoma State University. An endowment is a donation whose invested interest generates the funding for athletic scholarships. Donors who provide a gift to fund an endowment become permanently linked with the Sonoma State Seawolves intercollegiate athletic program.
Currently, the Seawolves Athletic Association hosts 18 endowments that provide financial assistance to Sonoma State's student-athletes. A donor can designate his or her gift towards any of the endowments to give extra support to an area they have a special interest in. A $500 minimum investment is required to initiate an endowment. If you are interested in establishing an endowment, please contact Bill Fusco, Director of Athletics at (707) 664-2521.
