Wildcats Win Third Straight At Seawolf Spike

ROHNERT PARK, Calif-  No. 13 Chico State used a balanced attack to hold off Notre Dame de Namur in five games on Saturday night at the Seawolf Spike in Rohnert Park.  The Wildcats improve to 3-1 with the 30-28, 27-30, 30-18, 27-30, 15-11 win.  The Argonauts fall to 1-2.

Five different Wildcats finished with double digit kills, led by Lindsay Macias' 16.  Gillian Heydorff pitched in with 15 kills and Whitney Johnson had 12.  Stephanie Aschenbrenner had 57 assists and 20 digs. 

Sarah Perry went for a team-high 16 kill to lead the Argonaut attack.  She also hit .406 for the night.  Shauna Folan supplied a game-high 28 digs and Shasta Milhollin directed the offense with 37 assists.

Chico finishes the Seawolf Spike at 3-1, after winning their final three games.  NDNU will play Sonoma State tomorrow at 4:00 pm.
