Andrew Bailey leads the Seawolves with ten goals this season
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif-  Andrew Bailey scored three goals in a span of six minutes to lead Sonoma State to a 4-0 rout of Cal State San Bernardino on Sunday afternoon in San Bernardino.  It was the second hat trick of the season for Bailey as he increases his team-high goal tally to ten.  The win keeps SSU perfect in conference play at 7-0-0.  They are 8-2-1 overall.  CSUSB drops to 3-8-2, 1-5-2 CCAA.

Bailey now stands alone in 2nd place on the all-time SSU goal scoring list with 36.  Andrew Ziemer is the school's leader in career goals with 42.

SSU's win sets up a huge game against Cal State Dominguez Hills next Friday at Seawolf Field.  The Toros will enter the game at 9-2-0, 5-1-0 CCAA.

Bailey started his scoring flurry in the 39th minute when he gathered a rebound off the post and blasted the ball into the net.  Steven Browne and Cody Ericson were credited with assists on the play.  Just over a minute later, Bailey flicked another ball into the net off a nice cross by Eric Lafon

Lafon set up Bailey's third goal in the 45th minute on a corner kick.  Bailey headed the ball in to complete the hat trick.

Ross Middlemiss joined the scoring party in the 81st minute with some fancy ball work and an assist by Mike Travis.

Brook Johnson and freshman Taylor Jones teamed up in the goal to hold the Coyotes scoreless.

SSU out shot the Coyotes 18-7 and had an 8-3 edge in corner kicks.

Before the showdown with Cal State Dominguez Hills, the Seawolves will take a break from the conference slate with a match against Holy Names on Tuesday.
