Courtney Rider each had three goals as Sonoma State picked up their first win of the season, 16-5 over Fresno Pacific in Davis. The Seawolves to to 1-1 on the year. The Falcons drop to 0-2.
Sonoma State stormed out to a 6-1 lead in the first quarter to give themselves a comfortable lead. A 6-0 run from the middle of the second quarter to the middle of the fourth quarter gave them even more breathing room.
Gina Uliana got the majority of action in goal and was credited with 11 saves.

The Seawolves return to action on February 3rd when they take on the Golden Bears of the University of California.
