Seawolves Use Fourth Quarter Surge To Beat Otters

The Seawolves got it done on both sides of the pool on Sunday
ROHNERT PARK, Calif-  The Sonoma State water polo team scored three goals in the fourth quarter to break open a tie game and defeat Cal State Monterey Bay 11-9 on Sunday morning at the Seawolf Splash in Rohnert Park.  The Seawolves got to 3-4 on the season with one game left in their tournament.

Laurel Stricklin had three goals to lead the Seawolves.  Samantha Burchard, Emily Pearce, and Christina Maher each had two goals as the Seawolves spread out their scoring with three scores in the 1st, 3rd, and 4th quarters and two in the 3rd.

The Seawolves will close out play at the 2008 Seawolf Splash later on today against Pacific.
