Seawolves Manage Just Two Hits In Loss To Wolves

RICHLAND, Wash-  Following a tournament opening win earlier in the day, the Seawolves were defeated in their second game at the CWU Invitational on Thursday by Western Oregon, 4-0.  The Seawolves managed just two hits as they fall to 6-6 on the year. 

The Seawolves were no-hit until the fifth inning when Nicole Cordova singled down the right field line.  Western Oregon scored single runs in the second, third, fifth, and sixth innings to take the win. 

Brittany Williams gave up just two earned runs in seven innings.  She was not helped by the three errors committed by the Seawolf defense.

The Seawolves return to action on Friday.
