POMONA, Calif- The 34th-ranked Sonoma State men's tennis team improved to 5-0 against NCAA Division II opponents on Friday with a 9-0 blanking of Western New Mexico in neutral court action in Pomona. The Seawolves go to 6-5 overall.
SSU swept through doubles, then made quick work of the Mustangs in singles action.
Andy Muesse was a 6-1, 6-1 winner,
Connor Olson won his match 6-1, 6-1, and
Jeremy Heckley and
Quan Vu each won by 6-2, 6-1 scores.
The Seawolves will face Cal Poly Pomona on Saturday as they look to go to 6-0 against D-II foes.
