TURLOCK, Calif. -- The Sonoma State softball team held off a late rally by host Cal State Stanislaus in game one for a 5-3 win, but couldn't complete a rally of its own in a 6-3 game two loss to split Friday's doubleheader on Friday night in Turlock.
The Seawolves moved to 36-17 overall and 22-11 in the CCAA while the Warriors rose to 15-33 (7-27 CCAA).
Sonoma State and Cal State Stanislaus will wrap up the regular season with a doubleheader on Saturday, beginning at 12:00 pm.
