San Rafael, CA -  Sonoma State traveled down the .to take on Dominican University on Friday night.  It was a good trip for the Seawolves as they held on for a win, 87-82.

The Seawolves were hot. shooting 56% from the field.  They made 10 of 17 from beyond the arc.  It was a tight game all 40 minutes as SSU led 41-19 at the half and could never build more than an 8 point lead.

Dominican went on a 7 point scoring run midway through the second half to take a 6 point lead, but SSU rallied in the final 10 minute for the victory.

Four SSU players notched double figures led by Isaac Davidson with 24.
Michael Smith added 21, Nick Klarman 17 and Kenny Olsem 11. Olsem led the squad with 8 rebounds, as Sonoma State led that category 37-29.

Tomorrow the Seawolves return to Dominican to take on Academy of Art. Tip off is 5PM in San Rafael.
