San Francisco, Calif. -- Sonoma State picked up a win against San Francisco State after completing its February 18
thgame that was halted (mid 5
thinning with a 14-8 lead) due to the sun setting. The Seawolves added three runs in the final two innings to claim its 17-12 win over the Gators, then dropped the final two games.
Game One: Sonoma State 17, San Francisco State 12

Brielle Vidmar recorded her 15th win of the season.
The Seawolves had seven players record multiple hits, including five home runs, one triple, three doubles and 17 hits against the Gators, led by
Julie Davis who went 3-for-4 at the plate with a pair of RBIs.
Before the game was paused on the 18th the Seawolves were leading by six runs, the last at-bats they had that day they crossed the plate ten times with four home runs a double and a triple.
Tuesday morning the Gators began the day putting up two runs to cut Sonoma States lead to 14-10.
In the sixth, Davis watched four straight balls to draw a walk; then
Alee Balanon reached on a fielder's error to place Davis in scoring position.
Cameron Kirtlan placed a ball in center field to score Davis (15-10).
With runners on second and third, the Gators put down a sacrifice bunt to score its eleventh run (15-11).
Nicole Renner knocked a solo homer over left field two pitches into her, and
Lindsey Calcany Blair brought Davis across the plate with a double to left field.
The Gators added one more run in the seventh for a final score of 17-12.
Game Two: San Francisco State 9, Sonoma State 0
The Gators held the Seawolves scoreless in a six-inning run rule mercy.
With bases loaded in the fourth and fighting off eleven pitches, Sonoma State left all three runners on the bases.
The Seawolves had a chance in the sixth to score, with one down and two runners on the Seawolves could scratch a run.
Game Three: San Francisco State 3, Sonoma State 0
Two home runs gave the Gators a 3-0 win over the Seawolves.
San Francisco State knocked a two-run shot in the bottom of the first inning and a solo homer in the sixth.
Cassidy Romano went 2-for-3 at the plate, and Balanon went 1-for-3, accounting for the Seawolves three hits in its final game against the Gators.
