Biography
2009: Appeared in five matches for the Seawolves as a sophomore…made her season debut against Evergreen State (9/4/09) and recorded six kills in 13 attempts with two errors (.308)…registered 11 kills in nine sets played.
2008: Showed promise as a freshman in 2008...led the team with seven kills in her collegiate debut against Notre Dame de Namur (8/29/08)...hit .368 and had four blocks in the season opening Seawolves' win…had a season-high 10 kills vs. Hawaii Pacific (9/5/08)…hammered 48 kills over the course of the season…accumulated at least one kill in 16 of the 17 matches she saw action in.
HIGH SCHOOL: Comes to Sonoma State from Lutheran High School of Orange County...named All-League as a senior...received her team’s Most Improved Award as a junior...lettered in soccer as a freshman.
PERSONAL: Chose Sonoma State because she liked the area and had family nearby...is a fan of beach volleyball star Kerri Walsh...would like to be a first grade teacher in the future...credits her family for being influential on her athletic career.
