HIGH SCHOOL: Comes to Sonoma State from Simi Valley High School... Buttung not only played soccer, but Basketball and competed in three events for the Track and Field team for the Pioneers... Earned a number of basketball and track and field awards on top of earning SCDSL 3rd League for soccer.

PERSONAL: Son of Neil and Carmen Battung… Has a sister named Lauren.
