Sonoma State University Athletics

2008:  Was off to a tremendous start before an injury curtailed her season after 12 games...hit .368 with three home runs and 11 RBIs in her limited action...went 7-for-10 in the first three games of the year with three doubles...her three home runs were still just one off the team lead...had four multi-hit games...drove in four against Cal State San Bernardino (2/25/08)...hit home runs in back-to-back games against San Bernardino (2/25/08) and  Seattle (2/29/08).

2007:  Posted an impressive debut season as a Seawolf, earning CCAA Newcomer of the Year honors...led the team with a .353 batting average...knocked two home runs and drove in 18...her on-base percentage of .419 was the tenth-best in school history...drove in a season-high five runs in a win over Cal State Dominguez Hills (4/5/07)...had three hits in a game on three occasions...batted .385 with runners in scoring position and .457 with two outs.

HIGH SCHOOL/COLLEGE:  Attended UC Santa Barbara, but did not compete...had a standout career at Mission College Prep...lettered in volleyball, basketball, and softball all four years, becoming the first female in school history to accomplish thefeat...named All-League and All-County all four years...voted her team’s MVP each year as well...won state basketball championships in 2003 and 2004.

PERSONAL:  Would like to be a research scientist...her biggest sports thrill was playing in the state championship basketball game at Arco Arena as a junior and senior...is a fan of the University of Michigan’s football team...always puts her left cleat on before her right and insists on hitting last in warmups before games.
