Biography

2009:  Saw action in 36 games, the majority of them as a pinch runner...made six starts in the infield...went 3-for-16 with a double at the plate...stole eight bases in ten attempts and scored 12 runs.

HIGH SCHOOL/JC:  Transferred to Sonoma State after two seasons at Palomar Junior College...started at catcher as a freshman, helping lead her team to a league championship and the Super 8 regional playoffs...moved over to second base as a sophomore...named Honorable Mention All-League both seasons...started her final two seasons at Mission Hills High School...helped guide her high school team to a CIF Division Championship as a junior and a league championship as a senior...named Honorable Mention All-League as a junior and senior...also attended San Marcos High School as a freshman and sophomore.

PERSONAL:  Aspiring to be a teacher, she came to Sonoma State in part because of the excellent teacher preparation program...says President Obama is the person she would most like to meet...her most memorable sports moment was winning the CIF Championship during her first season at Mission Hills High School...says the word “ECNIDIFNOC” in her head before every play and at bat as a tribute to her Grandpa Don.
