Sonoma State University Athletics

HIGH SCHOOL:  Prepped at Walnut High School...was a two-year Academic All-League and All-American recipient...graduated with Honors...also was an All-League and All-CIF selection in water polo for the Mustangs.

PERSONAL:  Chose to attend Sonoma State because she loved the small town feel and the atmosphere surrounding the school; the coaching staff and team was great and she could see herself growing as not only an athlete, but as a scholar and an individual...would like to teach and coach at the elementary she attended as a child after graduation...biggest influence as an athlete is her Dad and her Mom...is a fan of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim...listens to the music of Jack Johnson...favorite movie is Remember the Titans...follows the work of actor Ryan Reynolds...likes to watch the TV show Friends...favorite author is John Grisham...likes to eat breakfast casserole...most memorable sports moment is winning the CIF in water polo on her birthday...is extremely superstitious and has to wear her hair the same way and wear the same headband for every game; everything that she does during pregame warmups, she has to do three times.
