Biography
2007: Delivered another solid campaign for the Seawolves...started all 64 games...batted .292 with 29 runs socred and 32 runs batted in...has moved into 2nd place on the all-time Sonoma State home run list with seven...is also ranked 9th in career batting average (.327), sixth in career doubles (23), and 4th in career walks (60)...drove in a career-high five home runs, four of them coming on a grand slam, against San Francisco State (3/10/07)...had a season-high three hits against Chico State (4/28/07)...led the team with 31 walks...tied for 2nd on the team with 10 stolen bases in 12 attempts.
2006: Proved herself as a dependable leadoff hitter in her debut season with the Seawolves...led the team in batting average, hits, doubles, home runs, total bases, and walks...recorded 19 multi-hit games...four times she had three hits in a game...hit first career home run against UC San Diego (2/25/06)...started every game...drove in three runs and scored three times against Chico State (3/13/06).
High School/College: Transferred to Sonoma State from Mesa State, an NCAA Division II school in Grand Junction, Colorado...wa a four-time First Team All-Conference player at Novato High School...named MCAL Player of the Year after leading league in batting average, doubles, slugging percentage, and on-base percentage as a junior...was the starting varsity shortstop all four years at Novato HS.
Personal: Would like to work for the San Francisco Police Department after graduation from SSU...lists her brother Niko as her biggest athletic influence...hitting a grand slam against SF State last year is her most memorable sports moment...enjoys watching the San Francisco Giants.
