    Assistant Men's Soccer Coach
Tim Maycock returns for his fifth season as an assistant coach for the Sonoma State men's soccer team in 2012.  It will be his sixth year overall as an assistant at SSU; Tim spent the 2011 season as an assistant for the women's soccer team.  A former four-year student-athlete for the Seawolves, Tim was an integral part of the program as a freshman in 2002 when SSU won the national championship.

During Sonoma State's 2002 championship run, Maycock scored two goals in the national quarterfinals and pitched in with an assist in the title game.  Maycock closed out his career in 2005 with a total of 18 goals and nine assists.

At the club level, Maycock has been the Director of Coaching for West County United for the past six years.  Still an active player, Maycock competes for the Sonoma County Sol and he was recently named the head coach of the boy’s team at Sonoma Academy.
