"Sonoma State played such a fundamental role in my career, that when the opportunity to join the coaching staff came, I couldn't say no. I've been coaching with head coach, Bear Grassl, for many years at Empire and I am excited to join him on SSU's sideline"

Sonoma State welcomes back Ally Sather and we are excited to see the impact she will have with the Seawolves volleyball program in seasons to come.
