Women's Tennis Downed By Eagles

Amy Belsher was a winner at No. 4 singles for SSU on Tuesday afternoon
ROHNENT PARK, Calif. - The Sonoma State women's tennis team fell in its home opener, 8-1, to Concordia Tuesday afternoon.

The Seawolves only point came at No. 4 singles as Amy Belsher picked up her second consecutive win, 6-2, 6-4, over Amanda Varela. Belsher leads the team in singles wins (2) and total wins (3).

Sonoma State (0-5) hits the road to play NCAA Div. I San Jose State tomorrow at 2:00 pm.
