| Attacking/Serving #1 (Incoming 6th to 12th Grade) |
This camp welcomes beginners to the advanced player. Each camper will learn attacking footwork and arm swing mechanics. We will also teach serving from the basics to advanced techniques. Each session will include developing attacking/serving skills in the first half and playing (doubles, fast 4's) during the second half.

| Setting/Out of System (Incoming 6th to 12th Grade) |
Setting camp will include a series of setting repetitions from hand position to footwork to improve your setting skills. We will also provide out of system concepts to help understand and deal with random situations when the setter plays the first ball. Each session will include developing skills in the first half and playing (doubles, fast 4's) during the second half.

Passing and digging camp will include a series of digging and serve receive progressions aimed at teaching footwork, platform angles and tilting. Serving techniques will also be included in this camp. Each session will include developing skills in the first half and playing (doubles, fast 4's) during the second half.

Position camp focuses on all skills necessary for position improvement. Each camper will go through progressions of serving, passing, setting and defending. If there is a skill you want to improve on or learn for the first time, this camp will cover it. Each session will include developing skills in the first half and playing (doubles, fast 4's) during the second half.

| High School Team Camps (Incoming 9th to 12th Grade) |
These high school team camps serve to provide the participants with a full college level coaching and playing experience. Prepared and executed in cooperation with the coaching staff of the incoming team, the camps will target team-specific issues as well as provide a competitive and high-level training environment.
