ROHNERT PARK—San Francisco State scored three runs in the first and third innings and went on to defeat Sonoma State 7-1 in the Seawolves home finale Tuesday at Seawolf Diamond. After the nonconference game, the Seawolves dropped to 23-23 overall on the season. The Gators improved to 18-26.
Brandon Baranzini and Cronenbold had good days at the plate. Baranzini went 2 for 2 and Cronenbold went 1 for 3 with an RBI in the fourth. Sonoma State had six pitchers (

Matt Manfre started and took the loss (0-1) after allowing three earned runs on four hits in two innings. 
Garrett Heisinger went 3 for 4 with an RBI for the Gators. Jacob Lopez got the win (1-0) after pitching five innings and allowing no earned runs on two hits. 
Sonoma State completes their 2015 season on the road at Cal State Monterey Bay. The four game series begins on Friday at 3:00 P.M.
