ROHNERT PARK -- The 26th-ranked Sonoma State women's tennis team continued its dominance this season, knocking off Dixie State 9-0 on Monday, cruising to its third straight sweep and fourth straight win to open the season. The Seawolves (4-0) will take their undefeated record on the road for the next two matches, beginning with a Saturday showdown against No. 23 Academy of Art in San Francisco at 12:00 pm.
In doubles play, the duos of

Jordyn Kearney/
Jensyn Warren made quick work of their opponents at No. 3 and No. 1 doubles, respectively, with matching 8-0 scores.
Hillary Fazekas and
Kaitlyn Haithcock outlasted Dixie's Lacey Hancock and Jenna Fosdick at No. 2 with a 9-7 triumph to give SSU the 3-0 lead going into singles play.
The Seawolves didn't let up in the singles competition, winning all six matches in straight sets, including perfect 6-0, 6-0 wins by
Karlee Budge at No. 5 and by Fazekas at No. 6.
