SAN RAFAEL, Calif. - #23 Sonoma State topped Dominican University 7-2 Friday afternoon. The Seawolves improve to 4-4 and the Penguins fall to 2-2.
All Sonoma doubles won their matches and
Hillary Fazekas and
Katherine Long swept theirs.
Though there were no sweeps in singles play, the Seawolves claimed four of the six. All wins were two sets long, except for
Jordyn Kearney who won 10-2 in the tie breaker set.
Next for the Seawolves is Stanislaus State on Saturday, February 25, at 11:00am.
