ROHNERT PARK, Calif. – Holy Names University was swept 9-0 by #23 Sonoma State Tuesday morning. The Hawks fall 1-7 and the Seawolves rise 6-4. This is the fourth sweep this season for the Seawolves.
Jordyn Kearney,
Jenna DeTurk, and
Karlee Budge all won their matches in two.
Jensyn Warren,
Kaitlyn Haithcock, and
Amanda Zuidema claimed their victories in the tie-breaker set.
The Seawolf doubles pairs of
Katherine Long with
Hillary Fazekas and Warren and Kearney won 8-2, while Zuidema and DeTurk won 8-4, respectively.
Sonoma will take on Point Loma Friday March 10 at 10:00am in Rohnert Park.
