SEASIDE, Calif. - Sonoma State baseball lost to Cal State Monterey Bay 15-5 on Friday afternoon. The Seawolves fall to 19-16 overall and 14-15 in CCAA play while the Otters rise 24-15 overall and 16-11 in conference.
Sonoma had a large sum of 13 hits but were only able to score five runs and totaled two errors as well. They scored once in the second, third, fourth, sixth and seventh innings. Unfortunately, the Otters ran away with the game in the second inning when they scored six runs to get ahead of the Seawolves 9-1.

Joshua Montelongo all tallied RBI's on the game.
Jake Sahagian was 3 for 4 with one run scored, and
Trevor Abrams was 3 for 5 with two runs scored. West and
Rayson Romero also crossed home plate to score for their team.
The teams will continue their four game series tomorrow April 22, with a doubleheader scheduled for 12noon and 3pm at the Otter Sports Complex.
