Azusa, Calif. – The Seawolves fell 3-1 to the Vikings of Western Washington during the West Region Volleyball Showcase.
Despite dropping the first set 25-18, the Seawolves captured set two 27-25 after clawing back from a 24-19 setback, fighting off a match-point effort by the Vikings and claiming the deciding three points.

Jenna Miller served up an ace to take a 26-25 lead, then scored the final point off a Vikings attack error.
Both teams had four aces in four sets, Miller accounted for three of the Seawolves and
Adriana Baysinger notched one. Baysinger and
Tate Battistini each had 12 kills for Sonoma.
The Seawolves wrap up its trip to Southern California Saturday at 3:00 p.m. when they take on the Eagles of Biola.
