Today's game at Cal State LA continued the Seawolves' winning streak. The 3-1 win over the Eagles was a great sweep on the weekend and a well deserved win.

The first half started off with a goal 13 minutes into the game scored by Alexis Espitia assisted by Kamryn Haiber, making the score 1-0. Eight minutes after the first goal another goal was scored by Aly Silva after a turnover in the box for the Eagles. The score was 2-0 and the shots on goal by both teams were equal making the game still one the Seawolves had to fight for.

Second half started and 16 minutes into the second half Cal State LA retaliated with a goal making it 2-1 Sonoma. The play was still back and forth and with only 6 minutes left in the second half the Seawolves drew a Penalty Kick in the box after Alexis Espitia got fouled. Julia Pritchard stepped up to take the Penalty Kick and scored the final goal making the score 3-1.

The Seawolves have had a great start to this season and being halfway through their conference games remain undefeated. The Seawolves' next game is against UC San Diego at home on Friday, October 25, at 12:30 PM.
