For Anudokem it was another double-double with 15 points and 14 rebounds. Her second double-double in as many games so far this year.

With the game close at 48-47 and under 3 minutes to play Kylie Kiech hit a 3 pointer from the left wing and then moments later completed and old fashioned 3 point play. NDNU never recovered going scoreless in the final 3:51.  Kiech finished with 13 points, while Sophie Northern added 11, including 2 clutch free throws down the stretch. Northern was 6 of 6 from the line.

With the win SSU is now 2-0 on the young season and looking forward to hosting Western Oregon and Concordia (Oregon) next Friday and Saturday in the CCAA/GNAC Challenge.
