Los Angeles, Ca- On Saturday, December 21st, the Seawolves headed into Cal State LA to try and break their 4-game losing skid and remain in the battle for conference play. The Seawolves ended the weekend with a tough loss to Cal State LA 81-66. The Seawolves struggled to remain in the game over the course of the 40 minutes. Committing 19 turnovers, the Golden Eagles were able to capitalize with 20 points off of the Seawolves turnovers.

Nick Klarman lead the way for Sonoma with 17 points a piece.
Nick Klarman also recorded a double double with 11 boards. Only three Seawolves were able to record double figures in Saturday's contest.
The Seawolves were never able to grab a lead in the game despite shooting 50% from the field in both the first and second half. Sonoma played 10 players deep but were unable to find the right group to climb back into the game. Cal State LA also hit 13 total three pointers in the contest to help put the Seawolves out of reach.
Sonoma State will return home next week on January 2 where they will face off against the Broncos of Cal Poly Pomona on Thursday night where they look to get back on the winning track.
