Entry Fee: $100 per team ($200 per institution if both men’s and women’s teams compete)

Registration can be paid online at the link above or at the registration tent (next to start/finish line) upon arrival to Spring Lake Park.OPEN 5K FUN RUNThe 5K Fun Run is open to boys and girls, men and women ages 8 and up. The fee is $20 per runner and participants can sign up on the day of the event. The 5K Fun Run will be independent of the intercollegiate races earlier in the day, but all 5K Fun Run participants will still be issued a race bib, and final results of the Fun Run will be posted on the SSU athletics web site upon completion of the event. All participants will need to sign a waiver (which will be available on site the morning of) prior to being handed a race bib. Please know that there will be no first aid stations open and/or available during the 5K Fun Run.
ACCESS TO COURSE/COURSE MAPS Teams and individuals are permitted to visit the course at any time during park hours; however, the race course will not be marked prior to the races on Saturday.
Spring Lake Regional Park will be open to the public at all times; the race course will be shared with the general public. However, volunteers will be spread around the course on the day of the event to advise other park users that a race is being conducted.

Northbound on Hwy 101, take Hwy 12 East, crossover Farmers Lane onto Hoen Avenue heading east, crossover Summerfield Road, left at stop sign (Newanga Avenue), continue into park. Once you pay the parking fee, take a right and continue into the park until you reach the parking lot at the end of the road.

SCORING, TIMING & AWARDSFirst 5 runners per team will score, and the next 2 will displace. First place ties will be broken per NCAA rules (1-5 vs. 1-5). Results will be available 20-30 minutes after the completion of each race and hard copies can be picked up at the start/finish line. Results will also be e-mailed to each institution’s SID and/or coach, and will be posted to the SSU athletics web site at sonomaseawolves.com.
Trophies will be award to the first place team of both races. The top five finishing men and women (for the intercollegiate races only) will also receive a t-shirt for their efforts.ADMISSION & PARKINGThere is no admission fee for spectators at this event. However, there is a fee of $7.00 per vehicle to park on site. Special rates apply to buses or trucks carrying more than nine (9) people. See park attendant upon arrival for more information.
Teams are asked to park in the Upper Oak Knolls parking area and spectators should park in the Lower Oak Knolls parking area. Please refer to the course maps for parking locations.FACILITIES/LOCKER ROOMS
There are public restrooms around Spring Lake Regional Park, but no locker room/changing facilities. Laundry service will not be available by SSU athletics.
SPORTS MEDICINE
Head Athletic Trainer Julie Rudy and/or Assistant Athletic Trainer Shyla Penn will provide sports medicine services and assist trainers traveling with their respective teams on site during the event. Please provide your own supplies if you are not sending an athletic trainer. Specific information regarding sports medicine services will be provided to your athletic training staff separately. Sports medicine services will NOT be available to:
-- Unattached runners not affiliated with an intercollegiate team
-- Participants in the Open 5K Fun Run
