Women's Soccer Set To Host CCAA First Round Game Sunday

ROHNERT PARK -- The Sonoma State women's soccer team has earned the No. 4 seed and the right to host No. 5-seed Cal State San Bernardino in the First Round of the CCAA Championship Tournament scheduled for Sunday at 12:00 pm at the Seawolf Soccer Field in Rohnert Park.

The Seawolves (14-4, 7-4 CCAA) finished the regular season in a tie for fourth place with the Coyotes (14-4, 7-4 CCAA) with 21 points, but by virtue of Sonoma's 3-0 win over CSU San Bernardino back on Oct. 10, SSU earned hosting duties to open the conference tournament.  It will be the third straight CCAA tournament appearance for the Seawolves, who has reached the championship game in each of the past two seasons.

Gates will open at 11:00 am Sunday, and due to it being a CCAA tournament game, SSU-issued All Sports Passes and/or complimentary tickets will not be accepted for admission.  Ticket prices are as follows:
