WAIKOLOA, Hawai'i – After three days of competition at Waikoloa Kings' Course, the No. 7 Sonoma State Seawolves wrapped up a third-place finish at the Dennis Rose Intercollegiate on Wednesday with a team score of 865; +1.

Isaiah Aguirre, who shot a team-low 68 in the first round for the Seawolves, paced his side through the tournament finishing tied for seventh in the standings, a mere stroke back from the top-five. His final round improved the junior's tournament standing seven places where he finished, having shot a one-under par 68-77-70—215.

Spencer Clapp played without much variation in his score over the three days, collecting a 71-73-73—217; +1, netting a T14 finish, while Devin Gregg also shot two rounds of 73 before cutting a stroke off his final round for a (73-73-72—218; +2) T16 finish.

Blake Bourelle finished in the top-20 with a 70-80-69—219; +3 performance, jumping 15 places on the final day to slide into a tie for 19th, while Ian Hofmann rounded out the Seawolves' effort with a +18 result, tying for 54th (83-76-75—234).

The host Vulcans of Hawai'i Hilo rode individual medalist Jared Kinoshita (65-72-68—205; -11) and runner-up Taylor Patrick's (73-68-68--209; -7) performances to a first-place team finish with a team score of 857 (-7).

The Dennis Rose Intercollegiate wraps up the fall portion of the Seawolves' schedule. Sonoma State will next see action at the CSUSUM Fujikura Invitational, held at Shadowridge Golf Club in Vista, CA on February 4-5.
