San Francisco – Three Sonoma State men's golfers earned top-30 finishes, led by individual first-place finisher
Devin Gregg 210 (72-71-67). Greggs top finish helped the Seawolves to a second-place (875) finish in this week's Bay Area Invitational hosted by Academy of Art at TPC Harding Park, San Francisco.
Highlighting Greggs week was his final round six-under-par 67 on Tuesday that catapulted him from tied for 4th place up to first place on the final leader board in a matter of 18 holes, earning himself individual medalist honors.
Teammates
Blake Bourelle and
Dexter Simonds rounded out the top-thirty individuals Bourelle (71-73-77 – 221) tied for 15th, and Simonds (73-75-76 – 224) with a 29th place finish.
Spencer Clapp tied for 33rd place (71-76-79 – 226), and
Ian Hofmann shaved off three strokes from the opening round to jump seven slots and tie for 39th place finish (78-74-75 — 227).
