Game One: Sonoma State 10, San Francisco State 9
A back and forth game for all nine innings, Sonoma State's offense would have to put up 10 runs to get the win in game three of the four-game series against San Francisco State. Senior
Joshua Nervis got the start on the mound for the Seawolves and pitched five and two-thirds innings, allowing 11 hits and six runs, four of which were earned. San Francisco State came back with a vengeance in the third, taking the 4-3 lead on a throwing error by Thys. Two of the Gators four runs in the third were unearned, as they came by way of defensive errors. Matt Quintero singled in a run in the third, as part of a 3 for 5, three-RBI day. King also had an RBI single in the third, scoring Mark Lindsay. SFSU extended their lead to 6-3 in the fourth on a sacrifice fly by Miguel Flores and a RBI double from Lindsay.

Michael Garber came in for Ocon and finished the game, receiving the save.
The Seawolves got an insurance run in the top of the ninth when
Steven Filippi hit a single through the right side, scoring Serrao. Two runs would be enough cushion for Garber as he would allow only two hits and one run to come across home plate before striking out Ivan Otsuka on a called third strike to end the game.
Along with Johnson's 3 for 4 performance, both Thys and Serrao went 2 for 4 with an RBI and two runs scored. Despite going 0 for 3, Stogner contributed two RBI's to the win. A.J.
