IRVINE, Calif. -- The Sonoma State women's water polo team stayed hot yesterday in Irvine against the Eagles of Concordia University. Four goals from
Noelle Herrera propelled the Seawolves to their 3rd consecutive win by the score of 10-8.

Herrera was simply a force yesterday, forcing six exclusions, two of them being penalty shots in which she converted one for a goal. She also added in an assist to her stats for the day.

The other Seawolf goal scorers were
Alexa May and
Lexii Morabito with two each, and
Carleigh Robinson and
Jessica Becker each netted one goal of their own.
Andrea Mallul got the start in goal for the Seawolves saving 50% of the shots that came her way. She both allowed and saved eight goals to hold-off the Eagles and give Sonoma State the 10-8 victory.

The Seawolves take to Los Angeles to play in the Loyola Marymount Invitational today, March 21 and tomorrow, March 22. Their first match is against Whittier college. First sprint is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. They finish out the day against Hartwick at 1:00 p.m.
