BOX SCORE ROHNERT PARK, Calif. – Sonoma State lost to Chico State 10-3 on Sunday to conclude their weekend conference series. The Seawolves fall 8-8 overall and 5-7 in CCAA play. The Wildcats rise 19-4 overall and 12-0 in conference.
The Seawolves had 3 runs on 11 hits and five errors. They scored in the third and eighth innings; first on a single by
Joshua Montelongo, then on a single to left field by
Evan Seidell and finally off a sacrifice fly by
Nicco Toni.
Noah Lindall came in to pinch hit and scored a run and earned a hit,
Grant St. Martin was 2 for 3 and had a run.
Trevor Abrams was 2 for 2 and
Rayson Romero had one run for one at-bat.
The Seawolves will next play Cal State San Marcos Saturday March 18 and 11:00am at Seawolf Diamond in Rohnert Park.
