Rohnert Park, Calif. – Sonoma State fell 22-6 to nonconference No. 16 UC Santa Barbara this afternoon. The Seawolves travel to East Bay this weekend to continue WWPA play.

Amanda Weddle recorded the Seawolves first goal in the second quarter, at 6:30 (7-1). With 3:51 left in the half
Taylor Brooks recorded the Seawolves second goal for an 11-2 score at halftime.

Jordan Williams opened the second half with her first goal of the game (11-3) at 7:15. The Gauchos recorded a pair of goals before Williams scored her second goal of the quarter (11-4).
Annika Erickson found the net at 1:53 for Sonoma State fifth goal of the day (15-5), UC Santa Barbara added another before the third quarter concluded 16-5.

Erickson scored the Seawolves final goal at 5:28, for a final score of 22-6.

Brooke Sullivan recorded eight saves in 24 minutes played, while
Samantha Cortez who took to the cage in the fourth notched a save.
