ROHNERT PARK, CALIF. - This weekend's women's basketball game against Humboldt State has been canceled due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols. The game was originally scheduled for Sunday, January 2nd at Humboldt State. Per CCAA regulations, the game will go down as a "no contest" and will not affect either teams overall record or conference record. The contest will also not be made up at a later date. The Sonoma State women's basketball team will resume their 2021-22 regular season on the road on Thursday, January 6th where they will take on Cal State LA. 

As of now, the Sonoma State men's basketball game at Humboldt State is still scheduled to be played on January 2nd at 3:00 PM.
