ROHNERT PARK, CALIF. - On Tuesday, November 7th, the 2023 women's soccer all-conference selections were announced with Sonoma State earning a pair of Honorable Mention selections. Senior
Ashley Frye and junior
Julia Betti led the Seawolves in minutes played this season en route to their second straight Honorable Mention selection.
Betti did a little bit of everything this season with quality playing time in the midfield and at the center back position. She was able to net a pair of goals and earn an assist while she led the team with 33 total shots.
Frye continued to show why she was one of the team's top defenders this season and was also able to record a goal against Cal State Monterey Bay and tie Betti with 1500 minutes played to lead all players. Frye finished a very decorated SSU career with nearly 5,000 minutes played, three goals and 58 games played.
