SANTA ROSA, CALIF. - After continuous rainfall here in Sonoma county, the Sonoma State baseball series with Cal State East Bay had to take a back seat as it was postponed due to rain earlier this afternoon. With the matchup involving an in region opponent, the remaining three games will be made up at a later date. As it stands, the Pioneers hold a 1-0 series lead as they took the first game of the series 6-2 on Saturday afternoon at the local Santa Rosa JC. The Seawolves will regroup and hit the road this upcoming weekend as they take on Cal State Monterey Bay on Friday, March 17th.
