ROHNERT PARK, CALIF.- In what has been an absolutely dominant cross country debut season, Constance O'Neal has officially punched her ticket to Sacramento, California where she will compete in the NCAA Division II National Championship!
O'Neal earned her place among the best in the nation thanks to an 11th place finish at the NCAA West Regional meet last week. O'Neal finished the six kilometer course in 21:22.40 and secured a selection to the All-Region team. She was the Seawolves top performer at the CCAA Championship meet where her fourth place finish earned her both All-Conference and Newcomer of the Year honors as well.
O'Neal heads to the final meet of the season with three individual first place finishes under her belt as well as leading her team to a victory at the 2024 Fall Seawolf Invite. O'Neal now is geared up to represent Sonoma State on the biggest stage in her own backyard just a few hours away from campus!
