DAVIS, Calif- After knotting the match at 2-2 with host UC Davis in Saturday's opener, the Aggies scored five straight goals to grab the 9-5 win over Sonoma State. A couple of hours later, Pacific's Dara Tawarahara scored four goals, helping the Tigers cruise to a 9-2 win. With the two losses, the Seawolves fall to 4-17 this season.
On Saturday morning, the Seawolves played tough with the host Aggies, tying the match at two, but UCD would outscore SSU 7-3 the rest of the way to win, 9-5. Sonoma State tried making a move in the fourth period, scoring three goals, but the Seawolves also surrendered three goals.

Bridgette Souza also netted goals for the Seawolves.
In the afternoon game against Pacific, Sonoma State tied the game at 1-1, but the Tigers scored six unanswered goals before the Seawolves could add a score in the fourth period. It would be too late, though, as UOP cruised to the 8-2 win, behind the four goals of Tawarahara.
Lindsay Rangel scored both goals for the Seawolves in the loss.
Sonoma State will host UC Davis on Saturday at the Dr. G. Edward Rudloff Pool in Rohnert Park. First sprint to set for 10:30 a.m. The Seawolves will also take on the Olympic Club later that day (1:30 p.m.) in an exhibition match.
