ARCATA, Calif. --
Madelyn Densberger hit .611 with 12 kills, adding five digs, four service aces and an assisted block as the 16th-ranked Sonoma State volleyball team sported a season-high .435 hitting percentage en route to a four-set victory over host Humboldt State on Thursday night at Lumberjack Arena in Arcata.  The Seawolves improve to 22-5 overall and 15-4 in the CCAA.  The Lumberjacks drop to 10-16 (5-14 CCAA).

The Seawolves sizzled offensively all night long, hitting no less than .400 in each of the four sets played on Thursday.  The .435 clip was the highest offensive efficiency recorded by SSU since the team hit an impressive .460 in a 3-0 win over Cal State East Bay back on Oct. 21, 2011.  Thursday's effort upped Sonoma State's conference-leading hitting percentage from .265 to .272, 31 points better than Cal State San Bernardino, which has the second-best hitting percentage at .241.

Caylie Seitz and Kelsey Hull tied for match-high honors with 15 kills each, hitting .375 and .324, respectively.  Regan Richert chipped in with 11 kills and a .476 hitting percentage while Ashley Robinson added nine kills and a .571 clip.

Sonoma State will now travel 675 miles south to play its final road contest of the 2013 season at Cal Poly Pomona on Saturday at 7:00 pm.  The Seawolves will then return home next Friday (Nov. 22) to play Cal State Monterey Bay in The Wolves' Den.
