CLAREMONT, Calif. -- All 10 Sonoma State women's water polo players scored at least one goal on Friday and no one scored more than two goals in either game, but the Seawolves earned a pair of convincing victories on day one of the Convergence Tournament in Claremont, a 13-5 triumph over Cal Lutheran before a 12-7 win over La Verne. Sonoma improved to 4-11 this season.

Sonoma State will play two more matches at the Convergence Tournament on Saturday -- Redlands at 10:20 am and Whittier at 2:20 pm. Both matches will be streamed live online at the link above. The Seawolves will then wrap up their trip to Southern California with a Sunday afternoon matchup at Concordia-Irvine.
